Another year has ended, and the next is lined up. As always, the New Year is the time for self-reflection and, for some, another line of New Year's resolutions. To move forward, it’s important to know, where you are, and what’s better than beginning the New Year to reflect on the present year, both professionally and personally: what went well, and where did you learn? 2024 at Signagelive was a year of change and challenges, and I expect 2025 to be the same. Change is inevitable, and so are challenges in a very volatile world. How you prepare, adapt, and overcome makes the difference. I look forward to 2025 with the great Signagelive commercial team and welcoming new members in Q1 for another record-breaking year. Happy New Year everyone.

Time flies! The second milestone have arrived. 200 days at this amazing company and I want to share some insights that I could gather during this period. First, I would recommend you to read the post about the first 100 days, if you did it already, keep reading. If you didn't, look for it on my previous posts and come back later to read this. As I mentioned before, I planned a lot before taking this challenge and I made a schedule for providing thorough feedback about this journey to me and my leaders (yes, you have to have YOUR OWN check points!) on, what I call 1-3-6. First month, third month (a quarter) and sixth month (half a year). Those periods coincide with important time chunks that allows us to perform and deliver some significant measurable and accountable work. During this period we faced budget season, planning season and A LOT of changes in the structure and personnel in all corporate levels (you can see that here in LinkedIn). This made the processes a little bit bumpier than what I was expecting, and it also required a great amount of flexibility and adaptability on the fly. But also showed that the transformation is effectively happening and the future will be built buy those who are resilient and willing to be part of something really huge. I had the chance to visit multiple countries and offices around the world. Get to know our team and our partners in business. Some external clients and some internal too. It is important to take the strategic work done from the paper to reality, and it can only be done with face to face interactions, real case implementation and feedback from the teams. Now it is time to put pedal to the metal! Processes were defined, hiring (look for opportunities, if you don't find them, talk to me) new people to sum to this fantastic team and pilot some procedures in the reminder of 2024, to allow us to start 2025 at full speed! I would like to wish you all a great Thanksgiving season. That's all I can do for now, to be grateful.
