Got the honor this year to share my career experiences and lessons learned about the purpose & importance of communications under the title "Unleash the Power of Communication in Building up the Influence of EA".

I participated in an insightful session today, Leadership Adaptability: Leveraging DAC to Uncover and Address Your Organizational Challenges, by the Center for Creative Leadership. Using this framework — Direction, Alignment, and Commitment — to answer the question, "How might leaders and organizations move to a new state of collective, sustainable adaptability?" 💡 The webinar participants were very generous with their ideas on building all three areas in their respective organizations - thank you! CCL also included actual organizations applying the DAC framework. 🚀 Reflecting on the many exceptional organizations I have had the privilege of serving, it is impressive how each organization used this framework (without labelling it in the same way) to move forward successfully. In hindsight, when challenges were experienced, it was likely because one of the three aspects was missing.💡 Thank you, CCL, for a very informative and applicable session. 👏 I look forward to putting these insights into practice at the next organization I have the opportunity to serve!
