Attnendance Matters: What can we do to increase attendance? I was at East Broadway Elementary for arrival and greeted families and student as they arrived. It was cold outside, but it I loved waving and saying hello to everyone. Then when I walked in the school who did I see? Buddy the Elf. I got as giddy as the students and had to get a pic with Buddy. What can we do to increase attendance? ❄️Let parents know you care and they are welcome. ❄️Create a welcoming environment for students. Thoughts on a welcoming blitz? Schools welcome their families and students each day, but how about an unannounced blitz with a twist 🤔? I BELIEVE IT!!! Lol 😂 There are WAY too many uneducated, incapable, unprofessional, immature individuals being passed off as qualified educators in Texas for sure. I would know- I've been in 5 districts and 6 campuses over my ten year wasted career of trying to work hard and make the best choices for myself and students before realizing everything in state mandated facilities is a huge effort for not. The good teachers stick out like a sore thumb because the standard is just a hot mess and a total joke. Most districts don't even care about finding actual qualified candidates at all based on the observable evidence and outcomes. I've always been based at the work I've done, but that doesn't matter if other women in education don't like you anymore. It's become a good old boys club but for liberal women sprinkled with some DEI bull. And you know who suffers the most? All the kids who still cannot master the skill of basic reading, writing, and arithmetic. That's Ok, at least they know how to twerk, get high, and have fights. Bush failed us with No Child Left Behind... But let's just be honest... The government ruins everything it reaches. We need the department of education to be eliminated. Period. We need school choice and possibly via volchures so that the BEST schools win in free market competition like everything else. The only reason educators are against school choice, is because they don't want to lose their state money, their fancy fake specialist jobs, and would rather see kids in their poor communities stuck without options. The only reason they push unions is because they have become massive money donors to the democratic apparatus. How serverely pathetic.

These are wonderful ways in which this product can be used! Providing answers to isolation, and loneliness, along with assisting people in making human connection is what Postbook is all about!
