Carbon Credits: What Are They? 🖼️🌳 Each carbon credit represents the avoidance or removal of one tonne of carbon dioxide or equivalent greenhouse gases from the atmosphere. Collectively, these gases are referred to as carbon dioxide-equivalent (CO₂e). This allows the quantity of a group of harmful greenhouse gases to be expressed as a single number. 👉Energy conservation act 2001was ammended and introduced as Section 14AA which is called Carbon Credit trading Scheme 2023 👉Some of the most popular types of carbon offsetting projects include: 1. Renewable energy projects, 2. Improving energy efficiency, 3. Carbon and methane capture and sequestration 4. Land use and reforestation.

The first point on the TECT-M/concept information sheet reads: TECT-M/CONCEPT IS A CONCEPT, A PLAN FOR THE GLOBAL ENERGY AND CLIMATE TRANSITION, THE IMPLEMENTATION OF WHICH CAN BE JOINTLY SUPPORTED AND CONVENTIONALLY FINANCED. (1) Low (probably the lowest possible ever) electricity generation costs with local base-load capable wind energy, (2) Cost-plus electricity tariffs with regional Renewable Energy Communities, (3) No expansion of transmission grids, (4) Local hydrogen and e-fuel production on demand, (5) Local fast charging stations for electric cars with affordable electricity costs for all, (6) Cores of local natural food chains for a balanced diet, (7) Driving a green transformation of industry towards closed-loop products, (8) Addressing about 95% of the sources of global greenhouse gas emissions, (9) Integrated technical removal of CO2 from the atmosphere, and (10) Exponential expansion process with self-generated electricity and without the consumption of key raw materials from the earth.
