#Titan celebrates its #40thBirthday today and I'm glad to be a part of 4 so far😊 These 4 years have been so profoundly impactful for me. Here are my top 4 learnings in these years: 1. As a #SummerIntern, I learnt the power of asking questions. As they say – ‘the one who asks a question is a fool for a minute, the one who does not ask is a fool for life.’ 2. As a #ManagementTrainee, I learnt the ability to express my ideas without hesitation because the only way to make sure your ideas don't die is to share them 3. As a #ProductManager for Watches (International Division), I learnt the power of curiosity. While launching products for multiple ethnicities and cultures – the ability to observe and understand them through my own eyes and ears helped me the most. 4. As a #BrandManager for Eyewear, I learnt to inculcate novelty and innovation in all ideas as, I believe, this separates the ordinary work from the extra-ordinary. Hoping to keep learning and being a part of the wonderful #TitanFamily ✨ Titan Company Limited | #ProudTitanian | Tata Group

**"Fixing cars, one challenge at a time."** **Date: July 15, 2024, 4.15 pm to 9.30 pm** Today at Aathava Motors, I addressed major problems caused by the rain, focusing on car wiper motors and fuses: 1. **Omni (Wiper Motor Issue)**: - Diagnosed a problem with the wiper motor. - Used lubricant to clean the motor and reinstalled it, restoring its function. 2. **Hyundai i10 (Wiper Motor Issue)**: - Identified an issue with the wiper motor. - Opened the motor, cleaned it, and restored its function. Every task, whether routine or challenging, contributes to my growing knowledge and skills in automotive repairs. Looking forward to more learning opportunities! 🚀🔧 #Internship #AutomotiveIndustry #CarService #LearningExperience #Mechatronics #HandsOnLearning #kpriet

My name is Mike Stone, 40 years old from Gloucester. I have over 16 years worth of experience and knowledge in truck/car tyre fitment and in-between that I've had great achievements in passing my apprenticeship with openreach in telecommunication engineering. when I left school, I began my tyre journey at Motorway tyres & autocentres, now know as Good Year Truck Force. I worked my way up from YTS to assistant manager. I also worked for ATS Euromaster as a tyre technician and also done a few other different job roles in different industries. Many years later when relocating back to gloucester I joined Tructyre and once again proven myself and worked my way up the ladder from truck tyre technician to team supervisor. I have a 100% success pass rate with all the trainees I've had under my wing by teaching and learning them the right way, the safe way and finally....the way that makes them feel what their doing gives them a sense of achievement and value. I give anybody and everybody my time, my patience and every ounce of my knowledge in work and in life I have to give. I have pride in my work and passion, my drive and motivation to be better will always show and I thrive when faced with challenges that allow me to prove no matter who you are....it can be achieved. when given opportunitys, I give off high energy and enthusiasm, full engagement and charisma for when moments are needed for me to excel. I came back into the tyre industry for one goal and one goal only.... to inspire a new generation. to pass on everything I know and to lead the company to a new Era of audience. times have changed and social media is where it's all at. In my spare time I study social media trends and analyse all analytics that allow me to gain traffic and traction in social growth and engagement. this is where I feel the tyre industry is lacking in and I feel these little changes that's needed by pitching ideas I have can really excel for the company, this will attract a new breed of young and new tyre fitters but also new and potential customers too. So if your still reading this, and feel this appeals to you....this is just the tip of the ice berg I have to offer, believe me....there's so much more. just wanted to get this out there as I value myself very highly and I feel everybody has a right to be confident in expressing what their proud and passionate about. it's a big world out there, it all starts with a small step, a simple social media post....so here's me taking my small step. thank you for taking the time to read this. "deep breath" that's better now it's off my chest. 😊 #tyre #tyreindustry #tyrefitter #trucktyre #tructyre #progression #achieve #dobetter

Global Partnerships Manager | English, French, and Spanish | Expert in Building Strong Relationships and Business Growth
Today, it's been three months since I joined the incredible team at ISAAC Instruments, and let me tell you, it's been quite the ride and I'm not gonna lie... I've paid my cost of entry several times already during this time. 😅 Transitioning into a new role is always a journey, no matter how much experience you bring to the table. You find yourself navigating new processes, adapting to different styles, and learning the ins and outs of an entirely new industry. And let me tell you about the trucking industry – it's a whole world unto itself! From logistics and technology to management and operations, there's so much more to it than meets the eye. Every day, I'm amazed by the intricate web of systems and processes that ensure goods are delivered from point A to point B safely and efficiently. It's not just about moving from one place to another; it's about orchestrating a symphony of moving parts to ensure everything arrives on time and in perfect condition. Despite the learning curve and the challenges, I'm loving every minute of it. There's still so much to discover, so much to learn, and I can't wait to dive deeper to become a graceful master. #NewBeginnings #LogisticsLife #IndustryInsights #NeverStopLearning #TruckingWorld #3months

Last year around this time, I was honored to be recognized as Intern of the Month at my previous company, thanks to my innovative thinking and implementation of creative solutions. I'm grateful to YES4Youth for providing me with the Learnership opportunity that helped me develop my skills and gain valuable experience. Fast forward to this year, I'm thrilled to be working at Executive motor world Company, where I quickly introduced a system that has significantly contributed to the company's progress - just a few weeks into my new role! Specifically, I implemented this system in April, and I'm delighted to report that it's working exceptionally well. What's more, the system has gained traction across various departments, including Sales, Agents, who now utilize on it to streamline their processes and enhance productivity. Its adoption company-wide is a testament to the power of innovative thinking and collaboration. I'm thankful to Signa Academy for allowing me to thrive and grow in my role, and to Ciocca Volkwagen for laying the foundation for my success. Interestingly, last week I was assigned a critical task that aligns with the company's development goals, marking a full circle from last year's achievements, which also took place in July. This experience has taught me the value of embracing growth, learning new skills, and implementing innovative ideas. My message is simple: don't hesitate to share your ideas and insights at work. By doing so, you'll not only contribute to your company's success but also showcase your skills and potential for growth within your department. #fyp #growth #implementations #babalwaphillips

CEO and Co-Founder @ Next Gen Hub | Project Assistant @ Mace| Follow for a graduate's insight on careers, learning and more
If anyone in my network is a recent graduate interested in applying to JLR or knows such a person. Then, check out the post below by my friend Mohammed Zahid
When’s the best time to apply for a graduate role? Answer: As soon as it opens. For Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), applications open on Tuesday, 15th October 2024 at 00:00. But don’t rush to hit “submit” right at midnight! Before applying, make sure to: • Prepare answers to all the questions they’ll ask • Share your best examples of relevant skills and experiences • Showcase your research on JLR and how you align with their vision and values • Explain why you’re excited about the role and how you fit perfectly into their team Heads up: JLR isn’t asking for CVs this time—they want you to focus on answering a variety of questions, so your responses need to stand out. 🚨 Pro Tip: Apply on the first day or within the first week. JLR usually receives between 10k-20k applications, and with only 300+ positions available, your best chance is getting in early. Late applications often go on a waiting list. So, set your reminder now: 15th October 2024 – don’t miss it! Want more tips on landing your graduate role? Drop a #graduate in the comments, and I’ll send you a video packed with strategies! ⬇️

Starting a new job isn’t just about changing your workplace—it’s an incredible opportunity for personal and professional growth. After my first week at Pavion, here are a few things I've noticed: - Boosted Motivation - A fresh start brings renewed energy. You’re stepping into a new environment with new challenges, and that sense of purpose can reignite your motivation. Every task becomes a chance to prove your skills and grow your impact. - Continuous Development - A new role often pushes you beyond your comfort zone. Whether you're learning new tools, mastering different processes, or collaborating with unfamiliar teams, it's all part of your development. This growth mindset helps sharpen your abilities and expands your expertise. - Excitement for the Future - There’s nothing quite like the excitement of new possibilities. A new job means a new adventure—fresh goals, achievements to unlock, and a chance to shape your career in innovative ways. This excitement fuels ambition and drives long-term success. Embrace the journey, take on the challenges, and enjoy the fresh excitement that comes with new beginnings! #CareerGrowth #NewJobExcitement #MotivationMatters #ContinuousLearning #NewBeginnings

Creative Educational Writer, Background in Lab Research and Technology Internship at Nigerian Bottling Company Plc Founder of Young Minds with Lily Empowerment Programe
TEAMWORK So during the week, I had an analysis to run on some products and I was to leave work by 2 pm, it was around 1:40pm, and as I was working, my colleague came around and helped me and in less than 10 minutes we were done. Normally, when I'm doing such analysis, I take a longer time but with her, I was faster. I took the result to the lab technician and he said, "Ahh, so quick?", I smiled and told him I got some help It didn't end there, when she got busy in her areas during the week, I didn't hesitate to help her also, now it wasn't just the both of us anymore, we did for the rest of our colleagues. Things I figured; The workload was less on the person doing it We finished most of our work on time We found more efficient ways to finish each task For every time we spent together helping, we understood each other, we learned from each other and of course, built a good work relationship. Teamwork is very efficient, if you have a project to work on, even if you know it all or you have the champion idea to make it a success, don't reject or ignore the help or assistance from your team Hear them out, sit with them, drink from their tank of knowledge and you will get the best result you need. Give it a try and thank me later. Happy New Week #Teamwork #PositiveResults #VisionAndMission

New Chapter Begins 🚀 After careful consideration, I've made the decision to leave my position at Gati KWE. While it was a valuable experience, the work I was doing wasn’t aligned with my passion for technology. Now, I’m excited to dive into the world of IT and explore new opportunities that match my skills and interests. It's time to start a new journey, and today marks the beginning of this exciting chapter. Looking forward to what the future holds and the challenges ahead! #NewJourney #ITCareer #CareerChange #TechIndustry #GrowthMindset
