Finally making good progress on the Vela Park retaining wall project! We’ve encountered months of delays so it feels really good to be in here with production rolling. In #constructionmanagement we are all aware lack of planning is the first failure point on most projects that do not go well. Well, at this point we’re about as “planned” as you can get, so there’s a sigh of relief that comes along with making significant progress on site!
