Is it time for your mid year review? I know, I know, you are thinking about going on vacation, you just got back from vacation and aren't motivated to start busting it on business yet, your CFO looks at it (what if you don't have a CFO?), your controller looks at it (I have to ask if the skillset of the controller typically is the right skillset for this review?)! Sound familiar? Thought I would share an old post from a couple years ago. It focuses on the monthly review but it could just as easily relate to the mid year review.
