With new generative AI technologies, cyber tactics, techniques, and procedures are becoming more sophisticated and effective on both offense and defense. Where is AI taking cybersecurity, and what should cyber professionals do to prepare for the brave new world? Come to this thought-provoking discussion featuring three of the leading experts and practitioners at the intersection of cybersecurity and AI. Gil Alterovitz, PhD, FACMI, FAMIA is the first Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO) for the U.S Department of Veterans Affairs. He is also Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School and Director of the Biomedical Cybernetics Laboratory at Harvard. Oki Mek is Microsoft’s Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Federal Civilian Agencies and the former Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO) for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Dr. Daniel “Rags” Ragsdale is the Deputy Assistant National Cyber Director in the White House Office of the National Cyber Director https://lnkd.in/gT3QN7vh. Previously, he was the Principal Director for Cyber in the U.S. Department of Defense, founding director of the Texas A&M Cybersecurity Center, Program Manager for cybersecurity in the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), and Colonel (retired) serving 30 years in the U.S. Army.
