BIG NEWS: From a downtrending 3rd a little over two years ago, Virginia has reclaimed the top spot as America's #1 state for business! Thanks to Governor Glenn Youngkin and his hard-working team for righting the ship (Sec. Caren Merrick, Sec. Kelly Gee, Chief Economist Charles Kennington, Dep. Chief of Staff Tiffany P. Robinson, Sec. Stephen Cummings, to name a few key contributors). My role may be small in the scheme of things, but I'm proud to do my small part as an appointed advisor on the Joint Advisory Board of Economists. Why the improvement? Here's a short, non-comprehensive list: ---Enhanced Workforce Quality--- We've made big strides in improving the quality and availability of a talented workforce. VA ranks high in educational attainment and has invested heavily in workforce training programs, particularly in technology and advanced manufacturing, making the state more attractive to companies looking for a skilled labor force. ---Improved Infrastructure--- Investments in infrastructure have paid off for the Commonwealth, with a focus on upgrading the digital infrastructure crucial for supporting the tech industry and remote work trends. ---Business-Friendly Policies--- Our state has implemented a series of business-friendly policies, including tax incentives and regulatory reforms aimed at reducing the cost of doing business. Huge for investors! These measures have made the state more competitive relative to others, particularly in attracting large-scale investments. ---Focus on Innovation and Technology--- Virginia shifted its priorities to focus on the promotion of innovation and technological development, creating a conducive environment for startups and tech companies. Investments in research and development, along with partnerships between educational institutions and private companies, have driven growth in high-tech industries, boosting Virginia’s overall economic performance. Office of the Provost: Afro-descendant Institute of Human Rights Let me see how smart you are about “who you are”. This surely is a question of identity. Eg, “Who are we”. The question is how do we solve the identity question? The answer is that our identity has been resolved by a confirming vote of the ORGANIZATION OF AMERICAN STATES. We have been given an identifying “status” as Afrodescendants who now have the right to the lands that they have perennially lived on with the sovereignty authority over that land. The Republicans and Democrats both despise you as well as the Negro politicians who won’t even mention the word “ Afrodescendants”. Of course, we have to get rid of the “clear and present danger, but you must remember that the Democratic Party has offered us nothing and refuse to recognize our “Afrodescendant identity”. So we must have our own Conventions where we recognize ourselves. Don’t you think it is time for a real piece of the pie? It is now possible. Do yourselves a favor and research “ Afrodescendants”. You may learn “who you are”.

But remember, as Jackboot-sporting Klaus and his vile eLiTeS at the WEF so proudly say “you vil own nothzing and you vil be happy, komrade!” (Seriously; take a look into KS’s papa & the life choices that Notzee-loving “human” made, and then try to argue with me that apples fall really far from the tree that birthed them. Then look at the ideologies of the German Axis during WW2, and then the Kommunist Manifesto; your eyes will start to light up while you work to own nothing… he was “just following orders (of the leader of another country who was his friend and held the same belief system), after all”. Throughout the entire human history there has never been a more appropriate or more exciting time for people to engage in socio-political, economic and military matters, to study and work hard so as to enhance their own knowledge and development, to be alive and comprehend the meaning of life itself. There has never been a more dangerous and even horrifying time in history that required every responsible person’s alertness, engagement and participation to resolve both local and global issues, there has never been a crossroads moment of existential magnitude like the one we are facing today. There is no doubt in my mind that we are living in a crucial and dreadful time when action matters, engagement maters, character matters, attitude matters, wisdom matters like never before. This is the determinative and do or die time for humanity’s survival and future. 

To me, freedom means forging my own path instead of always following others. What works for one person may not work for everyone, so trust yourself and confidently choose your own way. #happyindependenceday2024 #torfacindia #torfac #marketresearch
