The session featured some of the "Titans of Memphis CRE," who shared valuable insights into the principles that have fueled their success. Here are a few key takeaways that resonated with me: 1️⃣ Respond Quickly to Your Clients Time is one of the most valuable resources you can give. Being responsive shows respect and builds trust, laying the foundation for strong relationships. 2️⃣ Create a Legacy of Integrity Your reputation is your legacy. Every decision you make, big or small, contributes to how you’re remembered. Make choices you’ll always be proud of. 3️⃣ Treat Every Deal Like It’s Front-Page News If your actions were to be showcased to the world, would you be proud? Always act with honesty and transparency—your character speaks louder than any contract. 4️⃣ Learn to Say No Not every client or opportunity is the right fit.
