You Deserve More Than Just a Job Let’s get real for a second: when was the last time you felt truly valued at work? If you’re in education, healthcare, or support services, you’re doing some of the most important work there is. But too often, you’re overworked, under-supported, and just… tired. That’s where I come in. I don’t just place people in jobs—I connect talented, passionate professionals with roles where they can thrive. Whether you’re a teacher, therapist, paraprofessional, or school nurse, I’ll help you find a position that matches your skills and your values. No fluff, no recruiter-speak. Just real opportunities with real impact. This isn’t about filling positions—it’s about changing lives. If that sounds like the kind of career move you’re ready for, let’s chat: 📧 joshua.bennett@aequor.com 📱 (754) 732-2580 2025 is calling. Let’s answer it together.

I'm excited to announce that last week we helped two candidates land new jobs! 🎉 For one of our candidates, this was her first role in a non-clinical position!! It's incredibly gratifying to know that we're building a business that not only assists people in the short term but also creates a trajectory for a future they love. Often, the first opportunity is the hardest, and today, it's more about your experience than your credentials. Here’s my advice to clinicians or anyone making a career transition and looking to get their foot in the door: 1. Avoid getting certifications and extra degrees. They're not worth the time and money and don't significantly impact your job prospects. Today's hiring managers care more about your experience and skills than your titles. 2. Network more effectively. Superficial networking doesn't make a real difference. Focus on building meaningful connections. 3. Know what you don't know. You might think you're excelling, but interviewers and recruiters might see it differently. Most won't provide the hard, honest feedback you need because it's uncomfortable. Working with a professional coach can make a huge difference. My name is Rami, and I am a clinician who transitioned into health-tech, helping dozens of job seekers do the same. I launched MatchDay Health to help you build, grow, and elevate your career in the health-tech and life-science industries. From landing your dream job to getting a promotion and achieving your milestones, we help you elevate your career, earn more money, and create more fulfillment! To learn more, sign up on our website!

If you’re lucky enough in this lifetime you’ll meet a soulmate who’s your best friend, accountability partner and chosen sibling all in one. And if you’re REALLY lucky you’ll also get to take on the honour of being their maid to their 30th birthday party, running around whilst they drink copious amounts of alcohol, making sure the event runs smoothly. Tbh I can’t be bothered for her future wedding. Might call in sick. This girl right here, I met at my first ever big girl job. She was as quiet as a mouse, until I got my claws into her. Now, your guaranteed that she will put you in your place if ever needed. She’s ferocious and I love her for it. The beauty of work friendships, some of them really do just hit different don’t they? - If a new team dynamic night just help you come out of your shell in the crazy world of recruiters were hiring for two positions!
