🌟Some cool tips! 🌟 Over the past months, I had the pleasure of participating in welcoming new employees to KELA's growing environment. Seems that now is a good time to share some tips and tricks that I've collected during this time. 🚀 Personalized Welcome: Prepare a welcome kit for each employee, because who doesn't want to feel special? And who doesn't like gifts?! 🎯 Proper Introduction: On the first day, give the employee a tour and make him feel a little certain. 🛠️ Structured Training: Build a clear plan for the employee so he knows what to expect, and also explain to him that the process takes time and that you believe in him! :) 🤝 Buddy Magic: Find an employee from the department and make sure he's the new employee's buddy. Someone to have lunch with is the key for an easier landing. 📊 Feedback: Schedule an open conversation with the new employee after a few weeks, and see if the process can be improved after each feedback.
