🙆🐍 Mobility, it’s a hot topic & quite contentious and controversial. It is important for daily tasks, exercise & sport, but do you really know whether you have the movement available to you? _ 🤔 I think it’s a good idea to be mobile and explore stretches, poses and positions to improve the way we move. On the other hand, are we trying to get something that’s just not achievable? Or can cause something we don’t want, by ‘forcing’ certain positions?
