If you're an SLP or work in Special Education, you know burnout is REAL. According to ASHA’s 2024 Schools Survey, 66.1% of Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in schools report high caseloads as one of their biggest challenges. (Report here: https://lnkd.in/gnHtFzPA) This overwhelming workload makes it difficult for SLPs to provide the individualized care students need and deserve. At OnStaff Special Ed, we’re thinking differently about SLP staffing and services: ➡️ Manageable Caseloads: We partner with SLPs first, and then schools to ensure our SLPs have balanced, sustainable workloads that allow them to focus on delivering high-quality therapy. ➡️ Streamlined Administrative Support: We make this process easy to manage, so our SLPs can spend more time where it counts—with their students. ➡️ Professional Development and Support: Our SLPs have access to ongoing support and resources, helping them stay engaged and empowered in their roles. By giving SLPs the tools they need to succeed, we’re not just filling positions—we’re empowering clinicians and schools to thrive. 💪 Tired of managing impossible caseloads? 🌟 Meet the Owners! 🌟 Hey everyone! 👋 We're Jasmine Nelson and Tiffany James, the proud owners of Let’s Talk About It Speech Therapy, PLLC, and we're thrilled to finally introduce ourselves to you all! As seasoned Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), we've worn many hats in our journey – from SLP-As to CF-SLPs, and now proudly holding our CCC-SLP certifications. Our paths crossed back in graduate school, and from that moment, we knew we shared a vision for change in our field. Our story began with a realization – the lack of SLP-owned contracting companies meant a gap in understanding the unique needs of school-based therapists like us. That's why we decided to take matters into our own hands and create a community-driven company focused on providing top-notch therapy services from SLPs to SLPAs. At Let’s Talk About It Speech Therapy, PLLC, we're not just bosses – we're fellow clinicians who understand the challenges and triumphs of school-based therapy firsthand. With over a decade of experience in the field since 2011, we're still actively involved in school settings, ensuring that we stay connected to the pulse of our profession. We're passionate about fostering a supportive environment where every clinician feels valued, heard, and empowered. Whether you need to vent, brainstorm ideas, or simply connect with like-minded professionals, our door is always open. Our mission is clear: to change the narrative about school contracting companies by prioritizing the needs of our therapists and the students they serve. Together, let's redefine what it means to thrive in school-based therapy! Join us on this incredible journey as we continue to make a difference, one session at a time. 💬💼 #MeetTheOwners #SLPCommunity #SchoolTherapyRevolution
