Helping Founders fully customise lead generation and follow up systems that generate consistent monthly revenue and shorten the sales cycle via LinkedIn.
Most people get it wrong about clients. They create short term offers to clients that take up all their time. - This flawed thinking just keeps them on the hamster wheel. Your business has to work for you, not the other way around. Short term requires a high turnover of new clients. - Long term builds trust and loyalty. Short term sees short term results. - Long term allows you to create a deeper impact If you want to create a more sustainable business, look to create longer term offers. Keeping clients for longer will also give you more consistent revenue. Speaking of which, I'm going to be talking about how you can do this in your business next week during my 5-day Workshop. If you've not registered yet, there's still time https://lnkd.in/gRjhgyqT

What’s the intensive and why should you come? It’s a workshop for my clients, most of them (those who can’t make it come via Zoom) to get together up in Byron Bay for 2 days (in November) to work on their businesses. I know that for a lot of you that can be quite difficult - to spend the time working ON your business rather than just IN it (yes a cliche bit it’s valid). This Intensive is a challenge for you to find the time to make changes that will improve your business. You are constantly pushed to defer the tasks you should be doing to improve your business and the Intensive is a chance for you to change that. Want to come as one of our guests? Comment “LFG” and we’ll get you registered.

Is It Time to Learn How to Say NO? As business owners, we often think that the key to success is saying "yes" to every project and client that comes our way. However, have you ever stopped to consider if all those clients truly add value to your business? The truth is, not every client is a good client. Saying "no" could be one of the most strategic decisions you make to ensure your company's growth. Saying NO Opens Doors When you decide to turn down projects that don’t align with your vision, you create space for clients who genuinely value what you offer. A "no" might seem risky, but in reality, it opens the door to far more promising opportunities—projects that will move you forward and contribute to your long-term success. Beyond a Sale Saying "no" is not about losing; it’s about focusing on what truly matters. Letting go of projects that don’t serve you allows you to channel your resources into those that can genuinely help your business grow. This mindset shift could be the catalyst you need to take your business to the next level. Want to learn more about how to implement this strategy in your business? Don’t miss my next free Google webinar, where I’ll share valuable insights that will help you scale your business. Register here: https://lnkd.in/eQ8sHWS2

Linking your training activities to your business strategy will help you to build a better one. If you're doing that then great, if you're simply trying to fill spaces then maybe you need to have a chat with us?
We had an interesting conversation with a client yesterday about training and how to bring you new people into the business through this route. As part of the discussion we started to look at the business strategy and what the business would look like as a result. At first the client didn't really get it as they wanted to talk about training and "what's that got to do with the business strategy?" Our answer was it has EVERYTHING to do with your business strategy as if not, the training you want to deliver would not have the impact you want it to have. Now, the strategy is interesting as this client wants to develop a trade counter approach to their business, reducing the supply and fit element to simply supply and provide training for people to do their own fitting. As a result of this the conversation moved to two types of audiences. These are: 1. People who simply want to do it themselves 2. The potential to develop Franchisees and create a different business Both of these groups will provide additional income to the supply side of the business. The first group probably not as much as the second but the opportunity to create repeat business is there. They've now gone away to think through both of these options and we're meeting again to discuss this next week. So, if you still think that your training activities have nothing to do with your business strategy, maybe you need a chat with us? Our fully funded Multi Trades Academy, will not only help you to do this, but build a team to support the activity! We just don't train you. We train your trusted people and subcontractors too. This way you create a cooperative approach to your company and not just transact business. To book a discovery call go to https://lnkd.in/e3ygrb4y or watch this space for our next round of discover seminars which are coming soon.
