Notion AI solved a huge pain point for dbt Labs: Our culture of documentation was at risk because people couldn't find answers to questions they knew were written down in Notion. And people who wrote things down were frustrated by distracting Slack pings that asked questions they'd already answered in a doc, therefore maintaining a doc became less of a priority. 🌊 We were drowning in the "Notion Ocean." ⚓️ Enter: Notion AI -- the lighthouse, the anchor, the sonar system, the life boat... We create snippets on the spot to make future replies from Fin better. This way, every week, we make our knowledge base better and our AI responses better. 2. It helps empathize further with customers, review the problem they are asking to support is a good way to feed our product roadmap. Yesterday, I attended the Campfire Workshop (a venture by Intergage Group Ltd and Dorset Chamber) focused on AI in business— it was such a fascinating session led by Luke Williams. The workshop was packed with practical ideas for businesses looking to understand and make the most of AI. A lot of thought-provoking discussion on what AI can actually bring to the table, how it can fit into day-to-day operations, and what businesses need to be thinking about moving forward.
