🏛️ Project Highlight: 108 Leonard Street 🏛️ We are excited to showcase our work in restoring the historic 108 Leonard Street. Originally constructed in 1898 for The New York Life Insurance Company, this magnificent New York City Landmark has been transformed into a residential complex. Our restoration, completed in 2018, was dedicated to reviving the building's original charm and reinforcing its structure for future generations! Our work included: 🔸 Façade Restoration: Comprehensive masonry restoration, cleaning of the façade and stone elements. 🔸 Architectural Metals: Skilled repair of cast iron and replacement of railings. 🔸 Architectural Stone: Specialized restoration and replacement of terra cotta. 🔸 Roofing and Waterproofing: Ensuring long-lasting protection with balcony and terrace waterproofing.
