And now, some commentary on the creative: one of our photo curation emphases is that people be engaging with the space they're in, their present company, and what they're doing in the real world. So far screens are prominent in just two of the 11 memes of this series, and in both of those cases ("Wherever teams..." & "Distraction-free..." should you want to reference yourself) it's a couple people interacting directly with each other while over a screen, so even there the interpersonal engagement is emphasized (versus a solitary person who's more immersed in screen & disconnected from surroundings). We endeavor to provide tech that's so efficient, effective and trustworthy at providing the exact information or functionality required in the moment, and so deferential to the importance of live engagement, that the tech becomes practically invisible. This photo's got materials getting accessed on the tabletop, but they're all on pages / not in tech, and the engagement by the people gathered is fully collaborative.

Dear team, I want to remind you all of something incredibly powerful: "A little progress each day adds up to big results." It's easy to get overwhelmed by the enormity of our goals, but remember, greatness is achieved through consistent effort, not sudden bursts of brilliance. Every small step we take, every task we complete, every obstacle we overcome, contributes to our ultimate success. In a series of matches, a team may have won a match yesterday, but that victory doesn’t guarantee victory today. True, the previous win can boost confidence and provide a winning momentum, but all that should inspire performance today – otherwise, it will amount to nothing. Similarly when we strive to live spiritually, we enter into a battle against our lower desires. Sometimes, when such desires attack us fiercely, we by absorbing ourselves in Krishna ward off their attacks. Such a victory against temptation is laudable, but it is not decisive – yesterday’s victory doesn’t guarantee our protection today. The Bhagavad-gita (02.60) cautions us that even if we are discerning and endeavoring, still we can be dragged down by selfish desires at any time. Each day we begin a fresh battle against temptation, and each day we need to fight to keep ourselves absorbed in Krishna, which is the best way to gain the higher taste that makes resisting the lure of temptation easier.

🎉 Another Milestone, Another Victory! 🎉 (Yeah I’m little late to write this post, but it’s never too late) It is once again a magical month(November) for the team, under the grace of Allah, as we leave yet another important milestone behind. This month accomplished an even more incredible target of $18,000. More than a mere figure, this indicates the commitment, perseverance and hard work people have devoted into this team. While targets and metrics are important, real value lies in commitments behind them. It's teamwork, collaboration, extra time spent, common passion and quest for excellence that propel us to success. All the steps of this journey have had your collective effort as their source, and together we proved that nothing can stop a united team towards a common goal. This is merely a step in the course of time showing its mark for success. The evidence of current success isn't in just these; with every new feather in our cap, we are not just completing milestones but rather making a future for this team. Thanks to everyone here for the contribution, energy, and faith in what teamwork can achieve. This is just the beginning, and the best is yet to come. Onwards and upwards! 💪🍰

Self-Doubt vs Humility To me: Humility is having high gratitude, willing to be open to new ideas and opinions, and understanding that success is a team sport. Self-doubt is paralyzing fear that creeps in and says "Why would you ever think you were capable of anything good?" ----- ----- ----- Humility gets you places, self-doubt at best keeps you exactly where you are.

In 2024, my focus is on the growth of my individual teammates. Their personal and professional development matters to me deeply. Great team work gets the job done

With teamwork you can achieve any goal. It is easier to overcome obstacles on you way because you have everyone coming up with their own ideas and experiences. With that you can always get your expected result faster and easier
