4 years for 50 bombs and rest of package...really sounds like a timely delivery... _____________________ The US Department of Defense is to partner with RTX Corp, formerly Raytheon Technologies Corp, to deliver 50 AGM-154 Joint Standoff Weapons (JSOW), or glide bombs, to Taiwan over the next four years, a report published on Friday showed. The report, published on the department’s Web site on Friday, said that 50 AGM-154 Block III C JSOWs would be delivered to Taiwan under a fixed-price contract worth US$68.4 million. Most of the production of the weapons would be done in Tucson, Arizona, and would be completed by March 2028, the report said.

Found this whole article interesting in what is requested and what is said... very good read and well written! "The ERAM’s specified need for Ukraine appears even more customized for the requirements of that battlefield, specifically for the Russian successful EW (Electronic Warfare) use that diminished the success of multiple Western weapons. Some exceptions are the GBU-39 SDB (Small Diameter Bomb) and the French AASM Hammer, which have found some more success compared to other munitions." https://lnkd.in/eszKSXa8
