338 days ago, a mere two weeks after joining a new industry and company, I found myself in the heart of Paris. The occasion? The inaugural Sanofi Global Employer Brand Workshop—a gathering of remarkable colleagues from around the world, all dedicated to amplifying Sanofi’s presence in the employment market and enable Sanofi to become the go-to employer in the bio-pharma. One of the buzzword during the workshops: “New Career Site.” Little did I know that this seemingly innocuous phrase would ignite a whirlwind of activity. A core project team materialized, and the countdown began. 300+ days ago: The RFP was launched—a pivotal moment that set the wheels in motion. 200+ days ago: After a rigorous selection process, we selected an agency that is one of the best in the game. 190+ days ago: Implementation kicked off. Late nights, countless meetings, and unwavering dedication fueled our progress. 38500 words: That’s how much we wrote, reviewed, and translated. Each word is a testament to our commitment. This project, probably one of the largest and most enduring I’ve been part of, pushed boundaries. But what’s truly miraculous? We’re not done. Phase 1 concluded today, and Phase 2 begins—an exciting continuation of our quest to redefine Sanofi’s employer brand. Stay tuned. The journey continues, and together, we’ll amplify Sanofi's presence in the employment market and enable Sanofi to become the go-to employer in bio-pharma - home of the best talent.
