Employee Benefits are more than simply offering a medical, dental, and vision plan. When benefits are simply thrown onto a sheet of paper and employees are asked to pick one, it really doesn't provide the employee with anything of real value. #Benefits are meant to protect an employee, their income, and their household. When a #benefitsstrategy is implemented around meeting the needs of the people in an organization, employer dollars spent are truly an investment in their people and #companyculture.
