I am pleased to have participated in the 7th National Pharmaceutical Conference, held on April 12-13. During the conference, I presented three key topics crucial to the health environment. 1. “Social Pharmacy, Role, and Importance in Healthcare”: In this presentation, we thoroughly examined the role and impact of social pharmacy in healthcare. We discussed strategies to improve patient access to medications and promote a more holistic and personalized care approach. 2. “Drug Interactions in Diabetic Patients”: Another topic we addressed was drug interactions in diabetic patients, emphasizing the importance of careful and personalized management of their therapy to minimize risks and optimize health outcomes. 3. “Evaluation of Drug Prescription Models Based on World Health Organization Indicators”: Finally, we analyzed current drug prescription models, focusing on WHO indicators. We discussed the advantages and challenges of these models and identified opportunities for improvement.
