We’re looking for two talented individuals to join our External Relations and Partnerships Team at the Arts and Science Co-op (AS Co-op). ▶ Context : AS Co-op is in a growth mode owing to higher student enrollment at UTS than before. This means more industry opportunities need be generated for our students and to further strengthen our efforts in industry outreach and employer engagement we are expanding our team and hiring for these 2 roles. 👉 Business Development Officer - The role is that of what the industry traditionally calls a 'hunter'. You would be assigned a few industry sectors from which you would need to generate interest for our co-op offerings. This is great for you if you are dynamic, proactive, curious, hustle when needed and love the process of new business development. 👉 External Relations Officer - This role is that of what the industry traditionally calls a 'farmer' or a Strategic/Key Account Manager. Your role is to work with one (or few) industry sectors where you would nurture and expand existing account relationships and create net new relationships. Great for people who are natural relationship builders, can navigate complex large enterprise structures, and good with account planning and management.
