So when I first heard about the event, the Innovate Summit in Owensboro, KY, my first thought was no way. Especially that I I looked, typed, saw that the airport was not even a direct airport to where it was. It was a 2 1/2 hour drive pretty much from Nashville. No way I was coming. Now Brian messaged me a few times. Are you coming? Are you coming? It's going to be great. And I do trust Brian. He has a great intuition for building events and people. But I really didn't want to come. But I caved and I'm glad. I'm very glad that I caved. Let me put it into some concrete terms. Within months, a few months, I've formed 2 profitable business partnerships. Developed an entirely new service package that we demoed actually at the Innovate Summit. Now I've used it in different business offerings and opportunities. I landed on two podcast shows. But the real magic is that I've gained incredibly close friends. I mean, we're talking about people who are now. Integral parts of my life where I've flown out to see them in different parts of the country, they've flown here. And. It's just been an amazing opportunity to meet these people and share ideas, share knowledge, and really build friendships with them. So the event was so transformative that I found myself telling at least 15 different people about this event. I've realized how much value I've gotten just from going those two days, those few days. I mean, yes, it requires some effort. There are costs, but when you measure the return, the opportunities, the knowledge. The people, the very, very special people, and this is such, this unique space. It's worth it, so if you have the opportunity to, I recommend you go. It was amazing. It's been transformative for me and I'm excited for next year.

I took this picture from the back row at the last Info-Tech annual event (LIVE) in 2024 while Tom (our CEO) presented on our Exponential IT thought model. Seven years ago I took a similar back row picture when we only hosted about 100 IT leaders in contrast to last year where we ballooned up 15x to around 1500 IT leaders! We've since become the #1 must-attend event in tech! Our next annual event (LIVE) is coming up June 10th to 12th. Last 2 days my team and I had the pleasure to attend a two day conference at Fusecon 2024. It was such an amazing jam packed event that not only informs but stimulates thought leadership among Product Managers, Designers and Engineers. I have to give a special shout out to Jentz Tan session. We had the privilege of hearing a powerful speech on "The Need to Invest in Creation." The session emphasized the importance of a proactive approach to design, urging us to shift our focus from merely responding to what others do, to fostering innovation and creativity. Their insights on how investing in original ideas can lead to transformative outcomes resonated deeply. By prioritizing creation, we not only differentiate ourselves in a crowded market but also inspire those around us to think beyond conventional boundaries. This approach encourages a culture of innovation, where ideas flourish and creativity thrives.
