Greed for the future, what's next, what can be interrupted to make more money, or what can get the most views has surplanted looking to history to ensure red flags of the past are not missed in today's world.
Tucker has had some great guests speaking the truth...he also has had guests denying or wilfully ignoring the truth and this happens to be one. I was in shock when I heard Mr. Cooper talk about how the Nazis were unprepared for the number of prisoners of war and so they put them in camps.
It is vital that we don't let the history of WWII or any other genocide be corrupted like this. The ghettos and camps were built to execute "the final solution" against Jews, and other minority groups including LGBT community.
When you start to let history be watered down or say...I'm too busy to deal with this or it doesn't affect me cause I know the truth, you are allowing individuals like Mr. Cooper to be a leading voice to a new generation of leaders. And that is what terrifies me, I hope that when I am 75 I'm not seeing a bunch of business and political leaders that either say "history doesn't matter, it's just a matter of opinion" or worse "well it wasn't really Hitler's fault".
I happen to love reading history books like Mr. Cooper says he does and my collection especially of WWII is overflowing, and I have never once thought hmm.. maybe this was Wiston Churchills fault.
I highly encourage you to read at least 15 minutes a day and specifically about history, it will motivate you to not let things like this pass you by.
The answer to bad speech is more speech. As leaders we should stop thinking about the next dollar and more about the future we are shaping by speaking or not speaking.
Tucker Carlson’s interview with pseudo-historian Darryl Cooper, who has said Winston Churchill was “the chief villain of the Second World War” has garnered some 26 million views on X. Sohrab Ahmari warns that Cooper's odious views could soon be mainstream. https://thefp.pub/3ALzQMr
