The Journal of Medical Radiation Sciences (JMRS) invites submissions for a special issue focused on Theranostics in Molecular Imaging. Theranostics combines diagnostic imaging and radionuclide therapy to effectively target tumours and has seen rapid advances, particularly in the treatment of prostate cancer and neuroendocrine tumours. This special edition will explore the innovative strategies for effective use of theranostics, the multi-disciplinary approach required for a successful theranostics program, and much more. This paper aims to explore the heterogeneity of neutrophil extracellular traps (NETosis) and the potential of TLR2 as a prognostic biomarker in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). The study integrates single-cell RNA sequencing, spatial RNA sequencing, and multi-omics data analysis, utilizing both publicly available datasets and patient data collected by the research team. The research identified three distinct NET subtypes and developed a prognostic model.

We have hit another milestone at Arima Genomics with our first clinical publication, published in the British Journal of Haematology, "Large B-cell lymphoma with mystery rearrangement: Applying Hi-C to the detection of clinically relevant structural abnormalities" This work highlights the power of our HiC technology in uncovering complex structural abnormalities in large B-cell lymphoma that conventional methods can miss. By providing a comprehensive view of chromosomal architecture, our HiC technology identifies clinically relevant rearrangements that can significantly impact diagnosis and treatment strategies. With over 500+ published research papers, this clinical publication marks a significant step forward for Arima Genomics.
