These employee-led groups, centered around shared identities or interests, bolster support, advocacy, and a sense of belonging among members. They play a significant role in: Support and Advocacy: Offering emotional and professional support to members, especially those from underrepresented groups. Cultural Competence: Educating the wider workforce on diverse cultures and perspectives, fostering respect and understanding. Policy Influence: Collaborating with leadership to develop inclusive policies and practices that reflect the needs and experiences of their members.
