The G-1 Talent Management Office (TMO) identifies and retains talented Marines and Sailors beyond their primary military occupational specialty. This rebalancing of recruiting and retention strategies optimizes talent employment for enhanced warfighting capabilities. We recognize that career potential resides in your underutilized talents, and we are working towards increasing our communication and coordination efforts to meet this mission. So, in conjunction with our Communication Strategy & Operations Office, we are working to modernize digital tools and data systems to seek and align individual abilities with organizational requirements.
