Beyond supporting organizations in developing their human-centered design capabilities, Catalyz has recently been doing a lot of executive facilitation work. From designing and facilitating strategic planning sessions, leadership offsites, and executive visioning workshops, we have applied our own methods to deeply listen to the needs of client teams and design activities, frameworks and conversations that uniquely meet the needs of each team.
