Is Coffee good for you? A recent survey shows, that when consumed in moderation coffee can offer several health benefits. It is rich in antioxidants and can improve: ·     Mental alertness ·     Cognitive function. This is due to its caffeine content. Some studies suggest that coffee consumption is linked to a reduced risk of certain diseases, such as: ·     Parkinson's ·     Alzheimer's ·     Type 2 diabetes. Additionally, coffee may enhance physical performance by increasing adrenaline levels. However, excessive coffee intake can lead to negative effects, such as: ·     Insomnia, ·     Jitteriness ·     Increased heart rate It's important to consider individual tolerance and health conditions when determining how much coffee is beneficial for you.
