Wishing my network a phenomenal 2025- health, wealth and happiness to all. 2024: At FocalCXM, we are customer obsessed, and I am very proud of my team for consistently delivering our promise using the technologies that we are passionate about- Salesforce, Veeva Systems, Databricks and Amazon Web Services (AWS) . We are pumped up about carrying the same spirit into 2025 and beyond and serving the industries we are passionate about. #2025: a few things that we are looking forward to. 1: #lifesciences: Throughout the year, more Life Sciences organizations will start publicizing their decisions around Veeva Vault or Life Sciences Cloud. These are tough decisions with huge impact, but also an opportunity to revisit their strategy based on risk appetite, shifts in the industry, and opportunities that lie ahead with Data and AI. Helping our customers ensuring smooth transition to the target state will be very challenging and fulfilling. 2: #agenticai: 2024 paved the way for Agentic AI. This year, we are excited about building and moving at least a few industry specific use-cases into Production both within and outside of Salesforce (DataCloud + Agentforce, CrewAI, Datatbricks, other..). 3: #engineeringdiversity: continuing to build solid diverse project teams with strong fundamentals and the ability to rapidly prototype across technologies to understand possibilities and limitations. Tech is changing too rapidly and good thinking and cross collaboration both internally and externally are the only saviors. 4: #DATA+#AI Powered Experiences : we did some amazing work around #databricks in 2024. We are really excited about leveraging DATA+AI to turbocharge Customer and Employee experiences across select industries. 5. #industries: Doubling down on industry knowledge. Technology is cool but building industry knowledge within the firm continues to be of paramount importance. We at FocalCXM believe that the Industry depth is a sustainable competitive advantage. That knowledge coupled with an appreciation for #dayinalife of HCPs, Payors, Patients will help us design better experiences. Finally, I am very grateful to our Customers, my Team, Network and Partners for inspiring me every day. Entrepreneurship is challenging but solving interesting problems with the right folks around can make the journey fun. Looking forward to an awesome 2025. Advice to new Pepperdine grads: Creatively and intentionally develop purpose, service, and leadership in your work. It's possible to be a self-centered worker in the nonprofit sector, just as much as it's possible to be an accountant or marketing exec living out selfless service.
