It’s been 9 nutty years! 🥳 So naturally we are celebrating with a 9 layer cashew cheesecake! 🎂 🎂 🎂 🎂 🎂 🎂 🎂 🎂 🎂 9 years ago, I was selling cheese from a tent in a parking lot at our first farmers markets. 9 years ago, I was renting a restaurant kitchen after hours to make cheese at midnight. 9 years ago, I had no idea that I’d be sitting here reflecting on 9 YEARS! Of scaling my recipes into products sold in thousands of stores across North America. Of building a team of 40. Of launching new product lines. Of building a manufacturing plant. Of growing and learning so, so much about the intersections between life and business, between professional and personal growth. What an absolute privilege it is to have spent the majority of my adult life fermenting organic cashew milk and making healthy & delicious products I am so proud to share with the world. Is life beautiful or what?! I am so incredibly grateful. For the journey, for our community, for our unbelievable team, and for the love and support we’ve received along the way.
