The list is 100% correct. The problem is, that being on a permanent position, we understand the competences and concepts differently from the meaning needed for IM. Even if we tick ok all of them, the reality of the first project will be a shock. It is good to prepare yourself for the first couple of IM projects, otherwise the reality will be harsh.
