What a great year for those getting and working under collective bargaining agreements. Money and benefits are great, respect and security is best. Security in getting the safety equipment that you need to get home to your family. Rules in an agreement that give workers a voice in what happens is respect. The primary concerns that are voiced first by the workers I have met who are unrepresented, are almost always respect and security. #organizingthoughts #organize
