As we mark #WorldAIDSDay2023, it is a reminder that the world can end AIDS with communities at the center of prevention, treatment and care. Collectively we stand to fight against HIV/AIDS. Striving to ensure everyone, everywhere has access to testing, prevention, and treatment. For an AIDS-free world, we must enable and support communities to lead. #worldaidsday

In Q3, we distributed 518 multistorey gardens with one goal to boost food production and ensure no #NyanamWidow goes to bed hungry. Now, as we enter Q4, we are excited to follow up on these gardens and we are truly being inspired by the dedication of our widows. Their commitment to growing fresh, nutritious vegetables for their families is a testament to their resilience and determination. October marks International Day of Older Persons, a time to raise awareness about the opportunities and challenges faced by aging populations and to rally the global community in support. This month, under the theme 'Ageing with Dignity,' we are excited to host a week-long regional celebration with our beloved older #NyanamWidows. To ensure its success, today, we have trained 16 dedicated Nyanam widows as caregivers using our #VoiceOfChange healthy aging curriculum. From October 21st to 25th, they will multiply all essential skills and knowledge gained to over 100 #NyanamElderlyWidows offering them space to be seen, loved, and celebrated including being provided with tips to better care for their old age. Join us in celebrating and uplifting our aging community—together, we can make a lasting impact!
