When it comes to Extra Virgin Olive Oil, not all are the same... Since the beginning, Laurence and Stefano, co-founders of Cultura Viva, decided to exclusively use olives from their own estate to produce Le Clarisse. This strategic choice was made to maintain complete control over the quality of the olives used. By sourcing olives from our own estate, we also minimize processing time from harvesting to milling to just a few hours, which is another critical parameter to produce an ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil like Le Clarisse.

⚠🐟 It has been "a tough quarter" for Grieg Seafood, after serious #biological problems at its #Finnmark #Norway #salmonfarming operations have continued to blight its results. 📊 Presenting the company's #Q42023 report, #GriegSeafood #CEO Andreas Kvame said he was "not satisfied with the results". 🗣 “Our results in the #fourthquarter were impacted by continued weak biological performance in Finnmark. The #Spiro parasite, winter ulcers and #jellyfish have impacted survival rates and #operationalefficiency in Finnmark and led to reduced volumes, increased #handling cost and lower #price achievement." 🗣 "I am not satisfied with the results, and we have taken measures to address the challenges both in the short and medium term," Kvame said. 👀 Read more details on Grieg Seafood's #financialdata and #outlook2024 here 👇 https://lnkd.in/dWuX6rkt

Congratulations to the Michigan Milk Producers Association (MMPA) and Dairy Distillery-makers of Vodkow on the groundbreaking of their joint project that they report will transform a dairy byproduct into low carbon-intensity ethanol, which will be used to produce Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). #Pathward representatives – Tom Fink and David Menoian – attended the event as we are pleased to be the lead lender on this #RenewableEnergy project, providing a $4 million Investment Tax Credit (ITC) Bridge Loan and half of the $31 million construction loan. Our lending partners at CoBank funded the other half of the construction loan. Once built, MMPA and Dairy Distillery expect the new facility will distill enough milk permeate (a byproduct of dairy processing) to produce 2.2 million gallons of ethanol per year that will be used to produce SAF. Today, in partnership with Dairy Distillery, we broke ground on America's lowest carbon dairy ethanol plant at our Constantine, Mich. facility. Thanks to all of our partners who were in attendance and for those who have helped make this project possible! Together, we're taking dairy to new heights! Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gtfd-tbn.
