It allows you to do so many cool things👇🏼 For example: 🗂 you can easily save anything you see on the web via hashtags 📝 create tasks directly on the page where you need to do them 📌 save specific element from the website instead of the whole page 💬 communicate with your teammates directly on any website Despite its main use case being teams working on updating their web projects, we see our users use it in many cool ways we didn't anticipate. After demoing the Sorry™ platform to a potential customer, I explained that a large part of building a status page is how you structure it, which is incredibly important to managing incidents. Here are a few tips on how to structure a status page: 🕵️ Get together with your teams, such as engineering, operations, and, most importantly, customer support. 📖 Use names of services, products or parts of the infrastructure that your customers will understand. For example, web-lon-1a could be Web Server - London. ℹ️ Enhance the user experience by making use of tooltips and descriptions. These tools can help indicate what the component is; for example, Web Builder = Where you manage your website builder (app.website.com). 📋Group, group, group! Bundle components together to keep the main page clean. If your product is in regions, consider using groups like EMEA and the US. 📑Do you have multiple brands or products? Consider using Component Pages, a unique feature of Sorry™. Component pages are individual pages within your main status page, with their own history, metrics, and more.
