This is truly one for weekend reflection from Grant Cardone. When you are outside your comfort zone but pushing hard, it's worth seeing those who are pulling for you and those that are reluctant 'friends'. Deal influence is all about understanding the dynamics of combined teams and the benefit share that can be created through success. Personal goals are often a motivation for #businessleaders, and it's not all about money, it's a focus on culture, vision and sustainability. Where are we pitching our biggest deal? Cardone is speaking directly to #salesleaders and it might be personal, team or organisational potential. Haters can mean many things. Today we're aligning the phrase with 'you can't make an omelette without breaking some eggs'. Plan to do things in the right way. Sell with empathy but keep moving forward in relationships and deals. Today I believe we are more empathetic to our own environment and teams and know the collective will is more likely to win. This shows as a 'winning mentality'. Reflecting on elite sports performance is always helpful when considering mindset. Champions inspire more, they practise hard to win, they train to a plan but never suppress individual brilliance. Great lessons we can learn as #businessleaders on our own journey. A reflection for today!
