COLUMN: There is nothing more toxic in our #broadcastnews and #socialmedia today than those who have made a comfortable living lying about anything and everything, attracting the weak-minded and the easily swayed. For those who follow such people, it leaves an indelible stain on your personal #reputation and #brand as another who easily trades in #lies. When confronted with the evidence, you have to ask yourself if you are completely comfortable being a sycophant and follower of those who deal in lies so easily. If you forward a known and provable lie, then you are no better than the original lie and liar. https://lnkd.in/exdCUXqB

Let’s be clear — guilt is decided by courts, not by public outrage or media gossip. This obsession with turning every accusation into a public spectacle, especially when a woman is involved, reeks of lazy, biased storytelling. The same issue has been called out in the U.S. and U.K., where courts have slammed media interference for messing with due process. Justice doesn’t happen in headlines or hashtags. It happens in courtrooms — where facts matter, not clickbait narratives. P.S. If your legal knowledge is from Instagram reels, maybe sit this one out. #MediaTrials #DueProcessMatters #LawOverDrama #CourtroomNotComments #LetJusticeWork
