DolaLock-based ADC Platforms. The metabolic trigger in ADCs activates inside cancer cells, where specific enzymes cleave it, creating a negative charge that keeps the drug inside the cell. This ultimately suppresses the bystander effect, differing from many anti-B7H4 ADCs like HS-20089, SGN-B7H4V, and AZD8205. Stay tuned for clinical data. Adjustment of the drug-to-antibody ratio. A low drug-to-antibody ratio minimizes risk to healthy cells, while a high ratio is more effective against cancer cells. Mersana Therapeutics customizes this ratio based on the number of receptors on the target cancer cell's surface.
