It was wonderful to chance upon the work of our good friends Alice G. New collections funding opportunity for AIM - Association of Independent Museums members🎉 Museum Fundamentals combines the existing invaluable collections care and conservation support from the Pilgrim Trust with new funding from the Julia Rausing Trust, which covers collections documentation. It includes support for collections review, documentation materials and equipment, and collections management software. Celebrating 30 years, the Downtown Sacramento Partnership is aiming to renew its 10-year PBID mandate and expand its boundaries to include over 100 blocks. Proposed additions feature Capitol Park, the Crocker Art Museum, and parts of the Railyards. With a focus on enhancing Downtown, the Partnership powers events like Concerts in the Park and Dine Downtown, provides cleaning and safety services, and advocates for economic development to create a vibrant destination.
