Talent Connection NZ Limited’s Post

With Work-from-home and remote working now being recognised by job boards and platforms like Seek.co.nz, we are saying working from home is both a skill to be mastered and a benefit. 🤨 So, when will LinkedIn jump on the bandwagon and add it as a new skill? And if it is a new skill many of us have developed over the COVID period, when will we start representing this in our CVs and resumes or should we be doing this already? Talent Connection is here to partner with you and show you how. We recommend that you highlight your skills relative to the job opportunity. With this said if the opportunity is remote, start showcasing where you experienced ‘working from home’ and the skills you developed from this experience today. ⚠️ Remember if you apply to a company that has been clear due to the nature of the work or the role that it is based onsite, by applying you are confirming you are happy with being onsite. Getting to the end of a recruitment process and asking an employer to adjust their views on work-from-home can be a difficult negotiation, though not unachievable. #workfromhomenegotiations #onsiteworking #workingfromhomeskills #workfromhomebenefits #workfromhomeCVs
