Altu are thrilled to announce the completion of Eglinton Place, delivering 148 unique apartments in the heart of Donnybrook, Dublin 4. The landmark building with a 12-storey feature corner tower marks the gateway to the City Centre. The building is articulated with limestone, framed buff brick, aluminium, and glass; high quality material finishes that respond appropriately to the context while also giving Eglinton Place a unique identity.   Eglinton Place is an example of how sustainable, high density and high-quality residential design can be achieved in constrained urban environments, creating wonderful places for people to live in the city while also enhancing the urban environment. This project reflects our commitment to innovative design, sustainability, and quality in construction.    Altu would like to extend our gratitude to our client Richmond Homes and the dedicated project team who brought this vision to life.   The video below offers a view of the completed building, its relationship to the context, intricate details and thoughtful design elements that make this project special.   We look forward to continuing to shape the skyline of Dublin with more exciting projects in the future.   Video by Jamie Hackett   Project Team: Richmond Homes Ltd - Client.  ALTU Architects - Architects  bda - Billings Design Associates Ltd. Well done Tom, I remember you showing me the first versions of this scheme. It has come out really well while retaining the essence of the early concepts.
