What I ate for dinner all week, and you can too!
Pick a night for buying and prep; 12 servings.
Steak Wrap Ingredients
12 pack of tortillas (we like Trader Joes)
2 lbs pack petite sirloin steaks
1 white onion, 1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper
Leaf lettuce, 2 Limes
Optional: sour cream, salsa, guacamole
Weekly Prep Directions
Cook and rest the steak, then slice into strips. Store in a container.
Slice the onion and peppers, saute until slightly brown. Store.
Remove the lettuce steam and wash, if needed. Store.
Slice the line in half and quarter each half. Store.
Nightly Meal Prep
1. Place one tortilla with a few steak strips and onions/peppers, reheat 40 seconds in microwave. 2. Squeeze on line piece over steak and onion, add lettuce and optional cream, guacamole, or salsa as desired.
3. Place all the containers back in your fridge for 1-2 weeks.
You can also prepare rice or another grain in place of the tortilla and make steak bowls.
