𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 ⭐ We had a wonderful day at the Better Business Bureau Pinnacle Awards Luncheon. ⭐ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 One of the most significant advantages of how we have established teamwork is the ability to pool diverse skill sets to address complex challenges. When a cohesive team is involved, the combined knowledge of each member allows for a more comprehensive approach. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 Teamwork also means seamless communication and coordination, which can be the difference between a successful client relationship and one that falters. When our team members share information effectively, client support and outcomes stay on track, deadlines are met, and there is transparency in every interaction. Clients feel valued when they see that their needs are understood and that the team working for them is synchronized in their efforts. 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗗𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀 Another critical aspect of our teamwork is its ability to foster adaptability and innovation—qualities that are particularly valuable in rapidly changing industries. When we embrace a collaborative mindset, we are more likely to brainstorm creative solutions and pivot quickly in response to new client needs or market shifts. 𝗔 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 Perhaps one of the most impactful aspects of working as a team on client outcomes is the sense of ownership that comes with working as a unit. When individuals within our team feel accountable not only to their role but also to their teammates and clients, they become more committed to delivering the best possible results. This shared responsibility can be especially motivating, as team members strive not only for their own success but also for the success of their colleagues—and by extension, their clients. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Ultimately, the strength of teamwork doesn’t just impact one client; it shapes a company’s reputation in the market. When clients are not just working with a single point of contact but with an entire team that has their best interests in mind, it becomes a recipe for success. ❓ How is our teamwork shaping the experience of our clients? Are we providing a cohesive, responsive, and innovative service that meets their needs? #TeamworkMatters #ClientSuccess #CollaborationIsKey #BusinessGrowth #Leadership ARTEMIS Partners of Houston / Bow and Arrow Holdings, LLC

Insights from Our Vice President of Strategic Accounts In an illuminating post-interview, we sat down with our dynamic Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Tania Sliusarchuk, to unravel the keys to her remarkable success. Q: What's your mantra for success in the dynamic realm of strategic accounts? Tania S: My guiding principle is simple yet powerful: "Celebrate progress, no matter how small, and keep moving forward." In the intricate world of strategic accounts, it's crucial to acknowledge every step forward, no matter how incremental, as it fuels momentum and fosters a culture of achievement. Q: How does celebrating progress contribute to your success strategy? Tania S: Celebrating progress cultivates a positive and motivated team culture. Acknowledging achievements, whether big or small, instills a sense of accomplishment and boosts morale. It creates a ripple effect, propelling the team forward with renewed energy and determination. Q: How do you navigate challenges while keeping the focus on progress? Tania S.: Challenges are inevitable, but the key is to view them as opportunities for growth. By celebrating the progress made in overcoming hurdles, we shift the narrative from obstacles to triumphs. It's about fostering resilience and a forward-thinking mindset. Q: Any advice for aspiring professionals in the strategic accounts field? Tania S: Embrace a mindset of continual progress. Every achievement, no matter how small, contributes to the larger picture of success. Learn from challenges, celebrate victories, and most importantly, keep the momentum going. It's the journey of progress that defines a successful path. Q: How do you apply this mantra to your team's success? Tania S: We encourage our team to recognize and celebrate their achievements, individually and collectively. This not only fuels motivation but also forms the cornerstone of a resilient team dynamic. By appreciating progress, we create an environment where success is a journey, not just a destination. To sum up: Tania Sliusarchuk truly exemplifies the power of celebrating progress as a catalyst for success. Her mantra transcends professional realms, offering a valuable life lesson - acknowledge the steps you take, relish the victories, and forge ahead with unwavering determination. #EvolveSquads #ITOutsourcing #KeyToSuccess #Motivation #LeadershipInsights #ProgressCelebration

Sitting in our Senior Leadership Team meeting this morning and listening to everyone talk about the things we're working on, what we're trying to improve and the goals we're setting to reach our BHAG (Big, Hairy, Audacious Goal) I got to thinking. I really do believe in what we're doing at Greencastle Consulting and I deeply understand the value we bring to large organizations. Consulting firms are a dime a dozen--everyone is a consultant these days (and most people don't even understand what that means). But what makes Greencastle different is, well...everything. 🤝 It's a company that hires EXCLUSIVELY veterans. Every. Single. Employee. You might be wondering why that's important. Veterans have an innate ability to handle anything that's thrown at them. They can FITFO. They find a way to complete the task at hand no matter the obstacle in front of them. They know how to handle difficult situations with grace and a level head. It's exactly the kind of people you want working on your critical programs and initiatives. 👨👩👦 They actually care. About your family. About you as a human being. About your opinions and ideas. We have a feedback mechanism in place called a Shadow Board where junior employees collect feedback from the company on things that they want to see improve, and present them directly to the SLT monthly who turns around and addresses those issues sometimes within 24 hours. 💃 It's FUN. Seriously, the most fun group of people I've ever been around. We did a karaoke competition where I sang Spice Girls "Wannabe" in front of the company (I am most definitely an extrovert). We go on camp trips, do happy hours, and just generally like spending time with each other because we're people with a shared purpose and shared experiences. And because of all this (and so much more, because no one wants to read a novel on LinkedIn), I have the awesome job of running a team whose purpose is to market and sell all of this. To show the value veterans bring to companies struggling to complete large initiatives. To show that this really is a cool place to work. To show that while we're not the big guys (Deloitte, Accenture--lookin' at you!) we GSD and manage difficult stakeholders and rescue challenged projects and help you gain the momentum you need. What I'm trying to say here is, work for a company that you truly believe in and your job will be easy. Joe Crandall Eric Diamond, GSD™ Adam Holstein Jeremy Strathmeyer, GSD®
