#CTC at the 10th Congress on "Composite Simulation" Our #collegues Dr. Tim Frerich, Nadine Gushurst and Lennart Finger from the Composite Technology Center / CTC GmbH (An Airbus Company) will give a joint #speech on "#Challenges of #Predicting #Thermoplastics" at the 10th #Congress on "#Composite #Simulation" as an online #conference #event on February 7, 2024. They will discuss the #simulation of fibre-reinforced #thermoplastics, #welding and its simulation as well as our holistic #material #model and the associated practical tests. They will highlight that simulation has many areas of #application (e.g. #consolidation, #welding, #fibre #deposition, #3Dprinting, #forming), but that a lot still needs to be done to be able to use it holistically.
