🚨 Customer Experience Alert 🚨 I recently sent an important bank cheque via DTDC Express Limited, expecting swift and secure delivery within 200 km. However, it's been 10 days, and my shipment is still untraceable. After reaching out to DTDC, I was shocked to learn that the parcel was sent without a tracking number, making it impossible to monitor its journey.This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, especially considering the importance of the document. I'm now left waiting, hoping that the courier service can locate the shipment and ensure it reaches its destination safely.This situation has raised serious concerns about the reliability and accountability of such services, and I urge DTDC to address this issue promptly.#CustomerService #Logistics #Accountability #DTDCExpressLimited #CourierService #DTDC
