It is not too often that I post on LinkedIn but this really is something that I highly recommend Defined Contribution members, pension consultants / trustees and platform providers take a look at. No longer are investors restricted to REITs or the domestic market (traditional approach) as they seek to gain access to Global Real Estate Assets in their DC fund. Both have shortcomings. Invesco are offering an alternative: Global Direct Property Fund This new fund provides exposure to a daily traded, Globally diversified, portfolio of Real Estate buildings. There is no longer the need to restrict your Real Estate universe to your domestic market.
