But you do need to be willing to take risks to create some sort of change. 🌟 I'm currently working with a group of young women who are going through our Define Your True Self course. What a pleasure! 🌸💪 Most of them don't manage others. All of them are engaged, willing to learn, experimenting, becoming more authentic and real - and most importantly they are exploring being influencers in their organization. 💡👩🎓 They've been selected by a bold CHRO who is committed to supporting women in her organization, who also wants to see them having more influence. 🚀👩💼 They are seeing where they have the choices to take appropriate chances (something good for themselves AND others), that will lead to change. 🌈✨ How are you growing to be an influencer?
