I recently spoke to Tim Ryan Law360 about the NLRB’s decision to drop its appeal of a Texas federal judge’s decision to strike down joint-employer regulations. One of the key points in our discussion was the importance of keeping an eye on this changing landscape. As I told Tim, it’s important to try to predict and prepare for the landscape potentially changing and it will be interesting to see how these recent legal setbacks might shift the board’s views.
